Mindfulness and Meditation Lunch: Mindful Holidays
Learn ways to reduce your stress during the holidays. This workshop will help you understand the sources of holiday stress, and to become aware of how holiday stress can affect you. Using mindfulness meditation practices and intention setting, you will be ready to manage the demands of the holidays. Let go of expectations of how holidays "should" be, and set intentions for creating a satisfying season that reflects what you truly want to celebrate. Don’t miss out on this workshop!
