Mindfulness and Meditation Lunch: Understanding Personality Differences
Recognize and value diversity of personality through the lens of mindfulness. One person might need to be alone to restore emotional energy and another might need to be with people to feel re-energized. Difficulties may arise If they don’t know that about each other. Learn and practice mindfulness skills that can enable us to pause and respond with awareness and non-judgment towards those who we differ from. Facilitated by Shefalika Gandhi, LCSW. A healthy lunch will be served. The event is free. This event is open to Princeton University Graduate students. Spouses/partners may also attend with permission.
