Mindfulness and Meditation Lunch: Time Management
Being mindful of time leads to less stress, which in turn leads to increased productivity. In this experiential workshop, you will understand how you really spend your time, and learn ways to relate differently to time pressures. The practice of mindfulness meditation can teach you to notice, moment by moment, the "worry thoughts" that get in the way of accomplishing your goals and priorities. Facilitated by Shefalika Gandhi, LCSW and Kathy Wagner, CHE. A healthful lunch will be served. The event is free. Sign-ups are encouraged but a number of walk-ins will be allowed.
