Mindfulness and Meditation Lunch: Mindful Walking
One step at a time! Mindful Walking is a way to practice moving without a goal or intention. It means walking while being aware of each step and of our breath. It can be practiced anywhere, whether you are alone in nature or with others in a crowd. Learn to establish awareness during walking which helps to develop mindfulness during the activities of your daily life. Facilitated by Shefalika Gandhi, LCSW. A healthy lunch will be served. The event is free. This event is open to Princeton University Graduate students. Spouses/partners may also attend with permission. Sign-ups are encouraged but a number of walk-ins will be allowed.
