Beer Tasting Seminar
Have you ever wanted to know what to look for in a good beer? Well then you should join us for our beer tasting seminar hosted by Dave Houseman. Dave is a Grand Master III beer judge, co-author of the BJCP style guidelines, and contributor to the Zymurgy column, Commercial Calibration. We will learn about the different characteristics you should look for within a given style and how to judge a beer based on these guidelines. We will also have a few cheese pairings with select brews. Spaces are limited and sign-up is required. Please contact Brian (brellis@princeton.edu) for more information and to sign-up.
