Tapas 101: Foolproof Classics from Spain
Want a cheap trip to Spain? Learn how to make five delicious small dishes and you’ll be ready to throw your own tapas party in no time! We’ll review fundamental cooking techniques, indulge in some culinary history, and sample these creations: Tomato toast with ham / Pan con tomate y jamón, lightly battered eggplant with honey aioli / Berenjenas a la miel, Spanish omelette / Tortilla de patatas, Sauteed spinach with pine nuts and golden raisins / Espinicas a la Catalana Garlic shrimp / Gambas al ajillo.
