Mindfulness and Meditation Lunch: Mindful Relationships
Healthy relationships thrive on communication, trust, and compassion. Being mindful allows us to create rich, authentic, and joyful relationships. Learn skills to deal in a different way with the unpleasant and unexpected in others, and ways to understand one's own expectations and emotional reactions. We will practice ways to pay attention to our habitual reactivity without judging, so that we can respond in compassionate and constructive ways to ourselves and to others. Facilitated by Shefalika Gandhi, LCSW and Kathy Wagner, CHES. Healthy lunch will be served. The event is free. Sign-ups are encouraged but a number of walk-ins also will be allowed. Please sign up with Olivia at email@example.com.
