Boren Fellowships - National Security Education Program
David L. Boren Graduate Fellowships provide support for overseas or domestic study, or a combination of both. To be eligible, you must be a U.S. citizen and either a currently enrolled student in a graduate degree program, or applying to a graduate degree program at a U.S. college or university located in the U.S. NSEP supports students studying languages, cultures, and world regions other than Western Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The area of study must be deemed critical to U.S. national security in order to be eligible.
