In order to obtain federal student aid (Perkins Loan, Stafford Loan, Grad PLUS and Work-Study), students must certify either that they are not required to register or that they have registered with the Selective Service. Check the appropriate box(es) below:

	I certify that I received information about my rights and responsibilities under the financial aid programs administered by Princeton University. I understand that I may complete one Master Promissory Note for all of my graduate Stafford borrowing at Princeton.
