Run for the Tiger


Greening Princeton is organizing the Run for the Tiger, a charity 5K walk/run on the towpath along the canal. The event is raising money for the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation's Save the Tiger Fund, raising money for tiger conservation. For more information, please visit

The walk will begin outside Forbes College on Alexander Street at 10:00am on Saturday April 26th, with registration opening at 9:00am. The Run for the Tiger is open to everyone. There is a minimum $10 donation (for early registration, $15 for day-of registration) which includes a free t-shirt! The donation can be collected through sponsors who pledge you money or from your own pocket. There will be refreshments for all runners and prizes for the winners, as well as the individual with the most sponsors.

I, the undersigned, know that running is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter the run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with running or walking in this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other runners, the effects of the weather, traffic, and the conditions of the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver, and knowing these facts, I hereby waive all organizations affiliated with the Run for the Tiger of any liability.
