Summer School in Literary Translation
Workshop: June 21-28, 2009
The week-long translation seminar on Paros brought together a number of young translators in a co-operative workshop setting, and exposed them to the expertise and guidance of more experienced translators and well as scholars of Modern Greek literature. The aim of the workshop was to encourage collaborative, creative thinking about specific projects, and also to further an interest in Greek literature as a growing field for literary translation.
