Black Jewish Dialogue: Exploring the Significance of Black History Month
Given the success of Soul Food Shabbat, a partnership between the Carl A. Fields Center and the Center for Jewish Life, the CJL will host a second Black-Jewish dinner and discussion in honor of Black History Month.
We will talk about the importance of Black History Month to both black and Jewish communities, our memories of Black History Month growing up, what Black History Month means to us today and whether or not we think it's time for celebrations of Black History Month to end.
Location: Feinberg Auditorium (lower level CJL)
Date/Time: 02/19/13 at 5:30 pm - 02/19/13 at 6:30 pm
