Visiting Chef Valerie Erwin
Enjoy a menu prepared by Valerie Erwin '79, who owns and operates Geechee Girl Rice Cafe with her four sisters in Philadelphia. The menu for this year's series is a re-creation of recipes lovingly created in Ms. Erwin's cafe and features a wonderful selection of traditional southern foods from Georgia and South Carolina's low country.
The Garden State Series dinner is open to all meal plan holders and may be enjoyed once using your meal plan. The two-extra meal program can not be used for this meal. All others may dine as University guests at a guest meal rate of $32.95.
