Jewish Business Ethics Fellowship
Power. Money. Integrity. Leadership.
The profit-driven work environment is ripe with moral challenges and with opportunities for bold moral leadership. In this fellowship, our study of Jewish teachings will address: How can companies maximize profit while maintaining social responsibility? What moral obligations do executives have towards their employees? What is the responsibility of an individual in addressing ethical violations in the workplace? How do we make choices about career path, work-life balance, and philanthropy that reflect our values? In weekly meetings, we will challenge ourselves and one another through the study of Jewish texts, case studies, and presentations from top Jewish business leaders.
Facilitated by Rabbi Sara Rich, Director of Education.
Meets Mondays over dinner, 5:30-7:15 pm.
