Welcome

As you take on the academic challenge of your studies at Princeton, deepening your knowledge in numerous subjects and broadening your intellectual horizons, we encourage you to invest time in Jewish intellectual and spiritual growth. The richness of the Jewish intellectual tradition includes: philosophy, law, ethics, history, psychology and much more. Come join your peers as we explore Judaism together as a community.
The CJL is committed to making Jewish learning opportunities available to all students, regardless of their past educational experience. We have four educators on staff who are committed to meeting your Jewish educational needs and we look forward to studying with you.
Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help deepen your knowledge of Judaism. We are happy to teach classes or invite guest speakers based on student interest. In addition, our educational staff is always available for one-on-one study on the subject or text of your choosing!
It is our hope that the classes we offer will only be the beginning of Torah study, deep conversations, and Jewish education at Princeton University.
