Mindful Eating & Matzah Ball Soup

Do you eat lunch on the way to class? Do you often work at mealtimes and forget what you even ate? Hectic Princeton schedules often force us to eat while multitasking, which causes us to miss out on the benefits that come from mindful eating.
Join Dr. Robin Boudette from Princeton University Health Services (clinical psychologist and Mind-Body Health Services staff member) for an insightful exercise about mindful eating over drinks and desserts. Learn what mindful eating is all about and why it can have such an impact on the way we eat, think about food, and act during mealtimes.
Hear from Sara Wolkenfeld (Director of Education at the Center for Jewish Life) about a Jewish approach to meals and food. Finally, there will be a presentation given by the Eating Concerns Advisors about what to do if you are concerned about the eating habits of a friend or family member or suspect they have an eating disorder.
