Fields of Study: Modern U.S and Europe
Olivier is a first-year PhD student in the Department of History. His current research focuses on the relationship between business, tax protesters and the U.S conservative movement in the post-World War II U.S. More broadly, his research interests lie in modern U.S and Europe and political, cultural and social history.
A native of France, Olivier graduated with an M.A Cum Laude from Sciences Po (Paris) in History in 2011. His master’s thesis focused on the life of the businesswoman Vivien Kellems. He spent one year as an exchange student at the University of Chicago in 2008-2009.
