The Carter Kim Combe '74 Prize for the best second-semester junior research paper for Spring 2014 was awarded to Brett Diehl '15. His paper is entitled, Policing Political Discontent from Above and Below in Rio De Janeiro, 1927-1933. The paper was advised by Professor Jeremy Adelman.
