Annual Benefits Open Enrollment for 2019 began Monday, October 15, and ends on Friday, November 9, 2018. All benefits-eligible employees have the opportunity to review and elect or modify benefits choices in HR Self Service as of Monday, October 15.
On Monday, office heads received a memo about recent policy changes to policies 2.2.1 Temporary Employees, 2.2.13 Term Appointments, and 3.1.6 Sick Days.
HR moved earlier this week to interim space at 100 Overlook Center, West Windsor, and to the new HR Service Center at 4 New South. Telephone numbers are unchanged.
HR will be closed for normal business operations from Wednesday, July 25, through Wednesday, August 1 due to move, and will reopen for business on Thursday, August 2. For emergencies, leave a message on the HR voicemail (8-3300) or email (hr@princeton.edu), which HR will monitor throughout each day.
In late July or early August, HR will move to the office building at 100 Overlook Center situated off Route 1 and within walking distance to University offices at 701 Carnegie Center.
As many individuals in our University community have family members or friends who live in areas that may be affected by hurricanes, earthquakes or other natural disasters, the Office of Human Resources wants to communicate the following information to help our employees cope with the impact of these disasters and to support them as they attempt to respond.
