Deadline Approaching for Submitting Claims for Expense Accounts
Employees who participated in a health benefit and/or dependent care expense account in 2012, must submit claims for eligible expenses incurred in 2012 to PayFlex for reimbursement no later than March 31, 2013. Individuals who miss this deadline will forfeit any remaining monies, since unused funds cannot be rolled over into the next plan year. The PayFlex claim form is available on our website. You may also file claims online at www.healthhub.com.
Employees who participated in the Transit and/or Parking Reimbursement Account in 2012 also have until March 31, 2012, to submit expenses incurred in 2012 to PayFlex. However, unused funds in the Transit and/or Parking Reimbursement Accounts will roll over to be used in the 2013 plan year.
