Benefits Eligibility

Overview

Whether you are hired as or you become a new benefits–eligible employee, you must enroll within specified timeframes for most of the benefits plans you choose. However, not all of the following plans require you to complete enrollment forms.

The information below is a guide to help you understand your eligibility and your dependents’ eligibility and whether you must complete a form or other paperwork within the timeframes specified by the respective benefit plan.
