Back Up Care
Temporary assistance to eligible faculty and staff when child, adult or elder care giving arrangements are disrupted.
Disability Plans
If you can’t work because of a personal illness or injury, our short term and long term disability plans can continue your income.
Educational Assistance
Tuition assistance is available to you for undergraduate and graduate coursework, and tuition grants are available to help pay undergraduate college expenses for your children.
Employee Child Care Assistance Program (ECCAP)
Assistance to eligible faculty and staff members is offered to help meet the cost of child care for prekindergarten aged children.

You and your family members can purchase long term care insurance at low group rates.

Choose the health care coverage that is right for you from among several medical plans, two dental plans and a vision care plan.

You automatically receive life insurance, business accident insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. You also can purchase supplemental life insurance.

Prescription Drug Plan
This plan offers substantial savings on prescription medications through pharmacies and mail order.
Retiree Benefits
When you retire from the University, you may be eligible for lifetime medical benefits, income from the retirement plan and a University ID card to continue your connection to Princeton.
Retirement Plan
The University contributes generously to a retirement annuity plan at no cost to you. If you like, you can supplement this amount with pre-tax income.
Time Off
Princeton believes that adequate and flexible time off benefits assist employees in balancing their work and family responsibilities, and the University provides both paid and unpaid leave policies.
