Faculty & Staff Assistance Program

Carebridge Corporation

Princeton University has contracted with the Carebridge Corporation to provide confidential assistance to faculty, staff and graduate students for work, personal or family issues. All counseling and referral services are free of charge.  This generous benefit includes:

  • Up to eight face-to-face counseling sessions per issue
  • Unlimited telephone counseling sessions
  • Unlimited telephone referrals

Common issues discussed during confidential counseling sessions may include:

  • Stress, depression and anxiety
  • Relationship issues, e.g., marriage, divorce, parenting
  • Financial issues
  • Grief counseling
  • Drug and/or alcohol abuse
In addition, the benefit offers unlimited referrals and helpful resources for the following work life topics:
  • Health and wellness
  • Child care
  • Elder care
  • Adoption
  • Time management and life balance
  • Pet resources
  • Financial and legal resources
  • Vacation resources

The services provided by Carebridge are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
If you need help finding a day care facility or summer camp program for your child(ren), call Carebridge at (800) 437-0911 and ask to speak with a child care specialist. The specialist will provide you with a personalized referral list, and will be able to verify rates, hours, etc.
Carebridge seminars are held on campus each month at the Frist Campus Center. If you are interested in attending any of the seminars offered, you can register by:
  1. Going to the Employee Learning Center website and selecting Training by Department, then Human Resources; or
