Mortgage Program

Partnership with Bank of America

Princeton partners with Bank of America Home Loans to offer mortgage programs with terms that are exclusive to Princeton University faculty, staff and graduate students. 

Some of the terms of this new program include: 
  • Bank of America Home Loans is licensed in every state. This means that homes may be purchased in any state. 
  • Discounts on closing costs that are exclusive to Princeton faculty and staff. They are not available to the general public. 
  • Bank of America has two convenient locations on Nassau Street — 90 Nassau Street and 370 Nassau Street.  
  • Bank of America Home Loans mortgage representatives are available to meet with our employees at employees’ homes or offices. 
Through this program, employees can choose from many programs based on their own personal income and credit. In addition, this program includes affordable options for both purchases of a primary or secondary (vacation) home, investment properties and refinance transactions, as well as, home equity lines of credit and second mortgages.
