Additional Programs & Resources
The Learning and Development Team continues to build a robust portfolio of management and organizational development programs and resources to support departments that want to address organizational opportunities or challenges.
These services are delivered by experienced and/or certified internal HR professionals, or in some cases, external professionals.
In response to needs identified at the University, we developed and currently offer the following programs in addition to our Core Learning Curriculum and Management Development Certificate Program:

- Lunchtime Matinees
- New Manager Orientation
- Tools and Materials: for employees who are looking for supplemental materials following attendance of a class, or who may need some preliminary information or quick hints and tips on a particular topic, we offer Tools and Materials to provide this follow up and informational documentation.
- Customizable Solutions: to learn more about customizable solutions or to discuss any opportunities or challenges you're facing in your department, first contact your senior Human Resources manager or Employee Relations specialist to assess your needs. Together, we will determine the most appropriate solution to achieve your goals.
