Princeton today is not the same as the Princeton of yesterday. We are entering a time of new standards and expectations, and the role of managers is rapidly evolving. This series of workshops will provide and reinforce key skills to help managers thrive in this new environment. We will address change management, building trust, and proactive coaching — all designed to build strong teams and promote increased morale.
