Managing Effective Interactions (Essentials of Leadership/IM Essentials)

This foundational class will teach managers how to establish good interpersonal working relationships and develop the ability to spark action in others. 

This class is not only the prerequisite for the Management Development Certificate but is also highly recommended as a prerequisite for many other classes offered, particularly Communicating with Others and Setting Performance Expectations.

If you are unable to take Managing Effective Interactions as your first class, we suggest that you review the materials below to become a bit more familiar with some of the tools, language, and processes taught in this class that are filtered through other classes within the Core Learning Curriculum to ensure an optimal learning experience.
