Personal Empowerment

Learn about the subject of empowerment. When people see empowerment as something that is given to them, they can miss out on an opportunity to take responsibility for actions or take initiative to solve problems, improve processes and give the University a competitive edge.

This course seeks to change the mind-set that empowerment is something given. It helps you see that you can and should look for improvement opportunities.
