Completing the Program
We encourage all program participants to take sufficient time between classes and before completing the program to apply the tools and concepts covered to ensure the most effective learning. This approach follows HR's learning philosophy.
Program Changes — August 1, 2011
Beginning August 1, 2011, we updated the enrollment process to the Management Development Certificate Program. Individuals who enrolled in or graduated from the program prior to August 1, 2011, are not required to re-enroll.
New enrollees are required to complete the Enrollment and Development Forms, which include:
- the Clarity of Commitments Form
- an Enrollment Development Plan
- the new Ongoing Development Application Plan
