Course Requirements

To earn the certificate, you must complete five required and three elective courses from the HR Core Learning Curriculum within three years of entering the program. The first course you must take is “Managing Effective Interactions."

There are no fees for participation in the program. However, there is a $30 no-show/ late cancellation fee.

You will also be required to take three elective courses from the HR Core Learning Curriculum. You can select these from among a wide variety of topics, including adapting to change, building trust, communicating with others, conducting effective interviews and managing conflict.
