The 2012 Benefits Open Enrollment Period ended on November 18, 2011 and changes to your 2012 benefit elections are no longer being accepted. This website is accessible for informational purposes only.
If you made changes during the Annual Open Enrollment Period, you can view your 2012 elections by logging onto eBenefits. From the menu, select HR Self Service>eBenefits>Home>Benefits Summary. On the Benefits Summary page, change the current date to 01/01/2012 to view your 2021 elections.
