Princeton University’s faculty and staff 2012 Annual Benefits Open Enrollment Period begins Monday, October 17, 2011, and ends Friday, November 18, 2011. Open Enrollment offers you an opportunity to review your current benefits and consider changes to your coverage, which will become effective January 1, 2012.
Please be sure to carefully review the Open Enrollment materials mailed to your home before you make your final benefits decisions for 2012.
For the 2012 Open Enrollment Period, we will continue to rely on eBenefits, our online enrollment system. You will NOT receive a personalized paper enrollment form. You can log onto the online system at eBenefits. You can review your current benefit elections, covered dependents and beneficiaries; preview benefit costs; and make your 2012 benefit elections online.
You may request a paper Benefits Enrollment Form (BEF) by contacting the Benefits Team at (609) 258-3302. If you complete a paper BEF and go online to make changes, your online elections will prevail.
All benefit enrollment changes must be submitted online by midnight, Friday, November 18, 2011. HR assistance is available only until 5 p.m. Our Open Enrollment website provides you with highlights of the 2012 benefits plans, rate information, vendor contact information as well as this year's key dates.
While the University intends to continue each of the benefit plans, the University reserves the right to terminate or amend any plan, at any time, and for any reason.
