Princeton University’s faculty and staff 2010 Annual Benefits Open Enrollment Period begins Monday, October 12, 2009, and ends Friday, October 30, 2009. Open Enrollment offers you an opportunity to review your current benefits and consider changes to your coverage, which will become effective January 1, 2010.

Please be sure to review the Open Enrollment materials mailed to your home carefully before you make your final benefits decisions for 2010.

For the 2010 Open Enrollment period, we will continue to rely on eBenefits, our online enrollment system. You will NOT receive a personalized paper enrollment form. You can log onto the online system at eBenefits. You can review your current benefit elections, covered dependents and beneficiaries; preview benefit costs; and make your 2010 benefit elections online.

All benefit enrollment changes must be submitted online by midnight, Friday, October 30, 2009. HR assistance is available only until 5 p.m. Our Open Enrollment website provides you with highlights of the 2010 benefits plans, rate information, vendor contact information as well as this year's key dates.

While the University intends to continue each of the benefit plans, the University reserves the right to terminate or amend any plan, at any time, and for any reason.
