Dolores Balsamo
Dolores Balsamo, human resources information systems assistant, provides assistance to the HR staff by maintaining HR personnel files, terminated records, I-9 documentation and other important documents. Additionally, on as needed basis, she supports the data management group with auditing during peak times.
Prior to coming to work for Princeton, Dolores worked at Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Systems as a New York tri-state area credit analyst for 18 years and a chargeback analyst responsible for government contracts until she retired.
In her free time, Dolores enjoys spending time with her seven children, their spouses and 23 grandchildren. Her hobbies include sewing, gardening, spending time at the beach and traveling.
