Dale O'Brien
Dale O’Brien joined the HR Administrative Services Team in 2012. Working at the Front Desk, she welcomes all visitors and is HR’s first point of contact for the office. Dale assists faculty and staff members, new hires, those applying for positions within the University and all other guests. She is also responsible for monitoring work eligibility authorizations for all new employees.
Prior to working at Princeton, Dale worked as a human resources assistant/receptionist at a nonprofit agency that helped developmentally disabled individuals. In this position, she was responsible for employment verifications and the new hire onboarding process. Dale also handled scheduling interviews, maintaining directors’ and managers’ calendars and special projects.
In her spare time, Dale enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and three large dogs. She is very active in volunteering at nursing homes and hospitals with her therapy dog Zoey and working in K-9 rescue.
