Dan Reeder
Dan Reeder, compensation analyst, supports the design, development and administration of the University’s compensation structures, policies and programs. Partnering with HR staff, he determines grades and pay levels for employees and ensures compliance with applicable state and federal legislation. Dan prepares compensation studies and projects, creates reports and maintains data to monitor compensation activity across the University.
Prior to joining the team at Princeton, Dan worked at management consulting firm Hay Group as a project manager focusing on remuneration studies. Dan has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Western Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.
In his free time, Dan enjoys playing golf, traveling to visit family and friends and keeping up with his favorite Chicago sports teams.
