Jeffrey Bergman, senior analyst employee metrics, joined Princeton full time in 2013 after serving as special analyst to Princeton's Trustee Ad Hoc Committee on Diversity.
Here at Princeton, Jeff works to analyze and measure various aspects of the University's inclusive community. Working closely with the director of diversity and inclusion and the vice provost for diversity and institutional equity, he supports the development of Princeton’s talent through communication, strategic analysis and the development of tools useful to the implementation of the University’s strategic initiatives and mission.
Prior to joining Princeton, Jeff spent over 20 years in the financial industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Vassar College and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and can often be found on the baseball diamond coaching his two sons’ little league teams. He also has a fondness for Formula 1 racing.
