Jeanne Donofrio
Jeanne Donofrio, learning and development specialist, is responsible for the daily operations of HR’s learning and development programming. She assists with the design and delivery of various offerings, including the New Manager Orientation Program, the Management Development Certificate Program, the Core Learning Curriculum and the Lunchtime Matinee Series.
Jeanne earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Rutgers’s University. She began her career as a mutual fund accountant for Merrill Lynch and soon learned that her passion was in adult learning and development. She remained in the financial services industry holding various positions, including mutual fund accounting manager, new hire training supervisor and management and development training manager. In her last position at State Street Corporation, Jeanne led the training efforts for a two-year project converting the New Jersey office to a new accounting system.
Outside of work, Jeanne enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has many interests and hobbies, including scrapbooking and card making. Jeanne can often be found at the local craft store buying supplies and getting ideas for new projects.
