Jaime Kinslow
Jaime Kinslow, employee relations specialist, joined the HR Client Services Team for Employee and Labor Relations in early 2011. She works in partnership with a Senior Human Resources Manager and collaborates with HR Professionals and various departments throughout the University to help build strong relationships and foster a healthy working environment. Jaime is responsible for providing guidance to staff and managers in key areas of Human Resources including employee and labor relations, organizational development, performance management and policy interpretation.
Jaime has more than 10 years of experience working in various HR roles and industries, including food services and promotional product distribution as well as higher education at Drexel University. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Holy Family University.
Outside of work, Jaime enjoys spending time with her husband, twin babies, and German shepherd. She also loves to get together with family and friends and go down the shore.
