Jasmin Kotwal, Human Resources administrator, supports change and talent management initiatives designed to enhance the effectiveness of a wide variety of client groups. Partnering with a senior Human Resources manager, she participates in the development and implementation of HR solutions in a number of key areas, such as performance management, management effectiveness, employee relations and training and development. Jasmin coordinates and follows up on HR transactional and project work with partners in the HR functional areas and works collaboratively with directors and managers within her client groups to implement HR policies, practices and procedures effectively. She assists in interpreting and communicating University HR policies and procedures, triaging HR policy questions and escalating as needed.
After working in the Office of Human Resources for 10 years with the data management group, Jasmin accepted a position in 2005 at the University Library in Firestone as HR specialist for the library HR office. She returned to the Office of Human Resources in 2010 and is a member of the HR Client Services Team.
