Mary Beth Larkin

Mary Beth, Human Resources generalist, joined the HR Client Services Team in 2012. She works in partnership with the senior Human Resources manager and a cross-functional team to provide guidance, support and HR solutions to staff and managers, concentrating in the areas of workforce and talent management efforts, employee relations, performance management and organizational development and effectiveness.

Mary Beth earned her master’s degree in industrial relations and human resource management from Rutgers University and a bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University. Prior to joining the University, Mary Beth was a faculty member for the Rutgers Institute for Ethical Leadership as well as Johnson & Johnson’s Global Leadership and Development organization. Mary Beth worked over 20 years in Human Resources and Leadership Development positions within pharmaceutical, medical device and nonprofit organizations.

Outside of work, Mary Beth enjoys spending time at the beach with her family, friends and dogs.
