Nicole González
Nicole González joined the HR Client Services Team in 2012 and is a senior Human Resources generalist. In her role, she strategically partners with the senior Human Resources manager and cross-functional team to drive key HR programs in areas including organizational development, employee relations and performance management. She enjoys the exciting activities that are ongoing at Princeton and collaborating with academic departments to provide sound and solution-oriented HR support.
Prior to working at Princeton, Nicole began her human resources career in the media and entertainment sector, providing HR services to various departments, including production operations, broadcast operations and distribution. Originally from Puerto Rico, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
An avid runner and fan of travel, when she’s not adding stamps to her passport, Nicole enjoys completing marathons and spending time with her family and friends.
