Nicole Klein
Nicole Klein, senior learning and development specialist, is responsible for the evaluation of programming to assess learning transfer and advise on the use of technology, where necessary, to provide supplemental support to training initiatives. She also identifies and designs other opportunities for training programs as they relate to the need of the campus community.
Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree in communication and master’s degree in communication and information studies from Rutgers University. She received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute and is a certified Development Dimensions International (DDI), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) facilitator.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and nearby family. She also loves reading, satisfying her sweet tooth, and, as a Jersey girl, "going down the shore."
