Vani Pawar

Vani Pawar, compensation analyst, supports managers and staff members by evaluating jobs, administering salary increase and reward programs, conducting market research and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. 

Vani holds a master’s of science degree in human resources management and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources Management (SPHR). She is working toward becoming a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork.
 
Before coming to Princeton, Vani worked in compensation at Johnson & Johnson.
