HR Service Delivery & Systems

The HR Service Delivery and Systems (HR SDS) Team operates at the intersection of the technical and functional worlds and is an integral partner on many HR and campus-wide initiatives. Recognizing that not all business challenges can be solved through technological solutions alone, we strive to make appropriate use of technology in conjunction with critical evaluation of business processes, clear documentation and effective communications.

HR SDS supports the technology tools that enable the delivery of human resources services to our internal and external customers. We administer several enterprise applications that manage critical data for Princeton’s employees, retirees and job applicants. Our team maintains the physical records for applicant job activity and employee personnel actions as we adhere to the University’s records retention policy.  

We also provide advanced reporting and analytical support for HR and University management. Partnering with the Office of Information Technology, our team maintains the internal technical infrastructure of the HR department, including workstations, software, telecommunications and office equipment.
