Time Collection System

Welcome to the Princeton University Time Collection System (TCS) where supervisors and staff can:

  • enter time worked;
  • approve time worked;
  • modify time previously reported or approved; and
  • check or monitor nonproductive time taken.

Practical Information

As necessary, important system information will be posted on the website of the Office of Information Technology.

If you are being redirected back to the log-in screen when entering time or selecting a role, you can access instructions here on how to solve this problem.

The TCS is normally not available from 1 to 3 a.m. when daily maintenance is performed.
