HR Faculty/Staff Reports for Managers
Approximately 60 HR reports in Princeton’s Information Warehouse are available to you as a department manager or administrator who requires detailed personnel-related information about your faculty and/or staff.
These reports provide you with:
- information about recent staff activity, including new hires, terminations, promotions, salary changes and status changes;
- emergency contact information about your employees; and
- the ability to produce rosters, contact lists and more.
To gain access to these reports, please sign up for access to the PeopleSoft/Oracle HCM. Once you have access, simply log into the Information Warehouse.
Time Collection (TCS) Reports for Managers
A set of reports is also available to you if you are a Time Collection pay representative or supervisor. Simply login to the Information Warehouse, and open the Time Collection – Reports folder to see the list of reports.
You’ll also find a few online reports available to you from within the Time Collection system itself.
Documentation about logging in as well as running and saving Information Warehouse reports is available to you.
