The Bright Horizons Back-up Care Program provides faculty and staff with back-up care when there are temporary disruptions in one’s child, adult, and/or elder caregiving arrangements that would otherwise prevent fulfilling work obligations. The benefit also includes College Coach, which provides one-on-one guidance from college admissions experts, including strategies for applying for college, personalized essay review with feedback, online resources, and virtual events.

If your child has a mental health issue, the Brightline team of licensed therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists can assess, diagnosis, develop a treatment plan, and provide medication management. In addition to therapy, coaching is available for everyday issues like stress or transitions.
