Holiday Schedules
We provide a three-year holiday schedule for staff members use:

Two optional holidays may be used at the staff member's discretion and with the approval of the supervisor for religious holidays or any other personal reason.
Alternate holiday arrangements may be made by departments and offices, such as the Library and Dining Services, where work schedules or union contracts dictate other holiday schedules.
Employees who would like to take the entire week between Christmas and New Year's must requesttime off from their supervisors and may use optional holidays or vacation days. Supervisors should consider appropriate staffing levels when approving time-off requests.
