Sign Up for Integrated Science

How should interested freshmen enroll?

Enrollment in the Integrated Science curriculum is limited to ensure close student-faculty interactions and to maintain the highly collaborative laboratory and classroom environment that characterizes the course.

To reserve a space, please write IntegratedScience@princeton.edu. In a few sentences, introduce yourself and describe your academic background to help us start to get to know you (be sure to include courses you've taken in physics, chemistry, biology, calculus and computer science).  Formal registration will occur once you arrive on campus through the standard registration process. We also encourage you to meet with the professors in the course when you arrive on campus.

Are there any prerequisites?

The course assumes fluency with the topics of AB calculus (differentiation and integration). Generally, successful incoming students perform at the level of a 5 on the AB exam or a 4 or 5 on the BC exam. More important than specific background is an enthusiastic and open-minded desire to learn.

If you have any questions or concerns…

You are welcome to contact us with any questions you may have regarding the course sequence by writing to IntegratedScience@princeton.edu. Your e-mail will be answered promptly, usually by a faculty member. If you do not get a prompt reply, please resend or call 609-258-9407.
