Extracurricular Opportunities Abroad

International internships and public service opportunities enable Princeton students to experience a broad range of work environments and projects within diverse cultures.

International Internships

Housed within the Office of International Programs, Princeton's International Internship Program (IIP) offers pre-arranged summer internship opportunities to Princeton students, in locations around the world. Students who locate their own international internship may apply to IIP for an internship grant.

Community Engagement & Service Projects

Princeton's Pace Center provides support for students who arrange their own public service-based internships and group projects, both domestically and internationally. In addition, the Pace Center provides information about a variety of volunteer and public service fellowship opportunities for graduating seniors and Princeton graduates.

Support for Student Organization Travel

Recognized undergraduate student organizations that are interested in planning a trip abroad should e-mail Tom Dunne, associate dean of undergraduate students, or call (609) 258-5750.
